Any alarm (like Hydraulic motor tripped, Coolant motor tripped, cutter motor tripped or any door limit is open) is easy to access on screen. 6. Alarm remedy also given on screen pages by pressed ALARM HELP key 7. Machine complete status displayed on screen like Manual/Auto mode, ready position, cycle running, cycle stopped etc.. 8. HMI Screen is IP65 protected. 9. JOG Inching function also adjoined with Auto cycle. 10. Cycle stop function added in machine functionality. 11. PLC Input and output status also visible on screen. 12. In future any change in operation can be done by PLC control. Please note above functions are not possible in Conventional control of m/c.
