1. This machine is recontrol or recertification with SIEMENS 828 Advance System Exactly as per Hurth Standards .
2. The Old Original Fanuc CNC System Is replaced with the latest Siemens Controllers With New All Servo Motors .
3. Machine Is  re-controlled and recertified machine Followed by Original Hurth Geometry Charts .
4. All moving slides, spindles and parts handling systems are inspected for problems.
5. All Needed Gibs or adjustable backlash systems are adjusted to the best possible settings.
6. All hydraulic, coolant, lubrication and pneumatic systems are Made New , checked all for proper functionality and leaks. 
7. All filters are replaced. All worn hoses, broken cables, connectors, buttons, lamps and wires are replaced.
8. Full Brand New guarding is installed .
9. All machine cycles are tested. Parts are cut to verify the machine capability.
10. Charts from the test cutting are documented for your viewing.
